LA
and
Philly

There's like a million pictures and videos everywhere though.

And someone made a good point on Tumblr that I completely agree with about Philly. It's sad but like, Philly is totally trying to make everything seem worse then it is. Some girl broke a few toes and now they're all "OMG THEY CHARGED US WITH THEIR HORSE." And they were clearly antagonizing the police during some of the videos. Philly, get your shit figured out. :/
^ some of the people do the same thing at SD. they'll antagonize the police and really over exaggerate what they do. the police are also part of the 99%, they are one paycheck away from being unemployed.
Yeah exactly!

It just bothers me that they're doing it.
you get those folks anywhere though.

i told a guy who was doing that to calm down and he went bonkers on me. basically told me he wanted to fight me. i responded with a: fucking do it already, instead of talking and talking and talking.

told him to lets just simply do it right in front of LAPD, and the little bitch ran away with his other little bitch friend. these so called violent instigators are usually the ones to runaway first.

that said, let us not generalize a whole movement for the actions of a few. as it is not a fair reflection, let alone a representation of the many who have put a lot of positive energy towards something productive, for the great well being of all.

also, fuck being sick.
oh yeah:

12/12

shutting down all west coast ports.

a day without goldmansachs.

spread the word.

"This is what they're teaching our kids. You wonder why we've got a bunch of Occupy Wall Street people walking around all around the country, they've been indoctrinated, literally, for years by this kind of stuff"

I love Captain Planet btw! And The Muppets, but that is obvious, who doesn't...

Yeah well obviously. The majority of the people out protesting have the same mentality as you. And having a few people antagonize the police wouldn't stop me from going out and protesting because I believe in it as a whole, regardless of what certain people also protesting might do.

"No, of course it's an economic... of course they're[Police] defending the banks. Of course, because if they didn't stop that bank robbery, regardless of the cost, this could jeopardize the entire banking system. You see, there are people who believe that the function of the police is to fight crime. And that's not true; the function of the police is social control and protection of property."
some of the stories people have shared after being jailed are interesting:

i lol'd. Personally, I was a Teenage Mutant Turtles fan, tbh. the 90s cartoon one. So much that I apparently wanted to be green, as a child. Although, i don't recall this but: apparently I was into Gumby too (green again). Never really saw anything about the Muppets, apart from Sesame Street on the occasion when i wasn't at school... brief encounter with Captain Planet though.
here's Nofx before the shitstorm that unfolded later on:

Fletcher Dragge from Pennywise was in attendance as well, apparently.

lots of kids from what seemed like east-la and south-central punk scene showed up that day... along with the Orange country bros xD
One of our own from OccupyLA made it on the front cover of TIME magazine person of the year:

HOLY SHIT! :D

was shocked to see the image tonight. pretty cool.

Sarah is now forever immortalized  for the 99% :3
here's the original picture:

she's like the new green eyed girl... you know that one girl... i can't remember what country she is from... i think somewhere in the middle east.

years from now, they'll likely search for her too, just to see what she looks like and reflect on the past and present.

you know it totally will happen.
Afghanistan. And I think you are overstating a bit.
